Pergolide works by increasing dopamine levels in the brain, to help reduce the cortisol levels that horses with PPID have. This allows horses with PPID to have a good quality of life following their diagnosis.

Crafting

Users in the Pharmaceutical Sciences stream can craft pergolide at the Workshop. It takes approximately 16 hours (or 8 show rollovers) to craft.

Use

Pergolide is used to craft Remission.
